We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to drive the growth and performance of Airtel Finance’s products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, driving experimentation, and optimizing business metrics to meet aggressive growth targets. Own and drive the growth of key business metrics for assigned financial products, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Product, Brand, Marketing, and both online and offline acquisition teams. Own the GTM strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution. Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking. Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly. # Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on long-term customer value. # Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs. Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives. Skills & Experience Required: ~ Experience: ~3-5 years of experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services. ~ Experience in owning the P&L of a product/category, and driving growth in high-performance environments. ~ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions. ~ Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance. ~ Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for growth and a hands-on approach to execution. ~ Strong understanding of the digital financial services landscape and customer journeys in this space. ~ Data-driven decision-maker with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
