Job Summary:
Role : OTC (Order to Cash)
Experience: 1 year to 5 years
Job Location: Mumbai
Eligibility:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Roles and Responsibilities OTC (Order to Cash) :
OTC Billing, Excel & Communication (Written & Verbal)
Strong communication skills for customer facing role.
Detail Oriented with strong problem solving.
Strong Collaboration skills
Good documentation skills
Knowledge of Service Now tool
Direct interaction with sales (will engage with clients directly with permission from sales) to review, analyze and understand new business requirements for bill and pay
Acts as a focal point for internal stakeholders to articulate order requirements and ensures that new orders are set-up correctly
Participates in new customer implementations and service change management activities
Participates in distribution of new work on-a-daily basis
Travel approximately 5-10%, as needed for training, implementation and/or integration activities
Downloading of Bank statements for all accounts
Providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to the collectors on the same day
Performing the regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function
Ensure that cash is applied only based on the defined process without exceptions
Collate all remittances for the Cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and apply to the correct invoice using Remittance Advice from customers or related collectors
Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund
Providing details of un-applied and unidentified cash to all collectors on a daily basis and follow up proactively to get details of applications
Collections follow-up through email
