Job Summary:

Role : OTC (Order to Cash)

Experience: 1 year to 5 years

Job Location: Mumbai

Eligibility:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles and Responsibilities OTC (Order to Cash) :

- OTC Billing, Excel & Communication (Written & Verbal)
- Strong communication skills for customer facing role.
- Detail Oriented with strong problem solving.
- Strong Collaboration skills
- Good documentation skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow tool
- Direct interaction with sales (will engage with clients directly with permission from sales) to review, analyze and understand new business requirements for bill and pay
- Acts as a focal point for internal stakeholders to articulate order requirements and ensures that new orders are set-up correctly
- Participates in new customer implementations and service change management activities
- Participates in distribution of new work on-a-daily basis
- Travel approximately 5-10%, as needed for training, implementation and/or integration activities
- Downloading of Bank statements for all accounts
- Providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to the collectors on the same day
- Performing the regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function
- Ensure that cash is applied only based on the defined process without exceptions
- Collate all remittances for the Cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and apply to the correct invoice using Remittance Advice from customers or related collectors
- Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund
- Providing details of un-applied and unidentified cash to all collectors on a daily basis and follow up proactively to get details of applications
- Collections follow-up through email

· Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.
