Own end-to-end HR operations: hiring, onboarding, attendance/HRMS, policy roll-outs, basic payroll inputs, and engagement—ensuring smooth people operations for a growing team.

Prepare basic payroll inputs and maintain employee files
Implement HR policies; Create weekly HR reports/MIS in Google Sheets

Bachelor’s degrees
~#5–2+ years of HR/TA/generalist experience
~#Fluency in Hindi & Punjabi for internal coordination and candidate communication ; English is a plus
~ Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and HR tools (HRMS/ATS)
~ Fixed pay + incentives tied to hiring/HR KPIs
