Job Overview:

Own end-to-end HR operations: hiring, onboarding, attendance/HRMS, policy roll-outs, basic payroll inputs, and engagement—ensuring smooth people operations for a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews
  • Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS/attendance & leave records
  • Prepare basic payroll inputs and maintain employee files
  • Implement HR policies; support employee engagement & culture
  • Create weekly HR reports/MIS in Google Sheets

Requirements:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degrees
  • 🧑‍💼 1.5–2+ years of HR/TA/generalist experience
  • 🗣️ Fluency in Hindi & Punjabi for internal coordination and candidate communication ; English is a plus
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and HR tools (HRMS/ATS)
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and documentation skills
