About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and analytical Actuarial Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced actuaries, contribute to data-driven decision-making, and develop your actuarial and financial modelling skills.You’ll assist in analyzing risk, building actuarial models, and supporting pricing, valuation, and forecasting activities across insurance or financial products.Key Responsibilities- Assist in building, maintaining, and validating actuarial models for pricing and valuation.- Support reserving, risk management, and financial reporting functions.- Analyze data, identify trends, and prepare insightful reports for internal and regulatory purposes.- Work closely with cross-functional teams — underwriting, finance, and product development.- Stay updated with actuarial methods, market developments, and regulatory changes.Qualifications & Skills- Minimum 2 actuarial exams cleared (IFoA / SOA / IAI).- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field.- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in Excel, with working knowledge of R / Python / VBA / SQL being a plus.- Excellent communication and attention to detail.- Eagerness to learn, grow, and progress through actuarial examinations.What We Offer- Exposure to diverse actuarial domains (pricing, reserving, risk, data analytics).- Guidance and mentorship from senior actuaries.- Support for professional exam fees and study leave.- A dynamic, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture.
