We're partnering with a leading consulting firm to hire an experienced Oracle Fusion Compensation Management Consultant who is ready to take on the challenge of transforming compensation processes with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Role Overview
As an Oracle Fusion Compensation Management Consultant , you'll be responsible for driving the configuration, optimization, and integration of the Oracle Fusion Compensation module . You’ll help clients manage and streamline their compensation processes, create reports, and provide valuable support while working in a fast-paced, 24x7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Oracle Fusion Compensation Configuration : Lead the configuration and administration of the Oracle Fusion Compensation module, tailoring it to the unique needs of the business.
Create Insightful Reports : Develop and manage compensation-related reports using Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting tools to deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Integrate with HR Systems : Integrate the Compensation module with other Oracle HR systems (like Payroll and Benefits) to ensure seamless data exchange and process efficiency.
Fast Formulas & HDL Expertise : Leverage Fast Formulas and HCM Data Loader (HDL) to automate compensation processes and ensure data integrity.
Manage HCM Extracts : Design and implement HCM Extracts to facilitate streamlined data management and reporting.
Salary Basis Setup : Configure and manage Salary Basis to support compensation strategies and align with organizational objectives.
User Support & Troubleshooting : Offer ongoing support to business users, providing answers to “How To” questions and resolving issues promptly.
What You’ll Bring :
Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Expertise : Proven experience in configuring, administering, and reporting within the Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation module.
Reporting Mastery : Ability to create and manage compensation-related reports using Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting tools to meet organizational needs.
System Integration Skills : Solid experience integrating Fusion HCM Compensation with other HR systems such as Payroll and Benefits.
Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of Fast Formulas, HDL, and HCM Extracts to enhance process automation and data management.
Salary Basis Knowledge : Experience in creating and managing Salary Basis configurations.
Consultative Approach : Ability to engage with clients and offer solutions to optimize compensation processes.
Shift Flexibility : Comfortable with working shifts in a 24x7 support environment.
