As we expand our digital and retail footprint, we’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our brand's marketing activities and help drive our growth in the competitive fashion space.
Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our brand’s digital marketing strategy, with a primary focus on social media marketing, content creation, and paid advertising. This role requires a motivated individual who understands the nuances of the D2 C fashion market and has a keen eye for trends and engaging content. If you are a self-starter with a passion for fashion and digital innovation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop and manage the brand's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others to boost engagement and build brand awareness.
Content Creation: Plan and create engaging content for social media and other digital platforms, including graphics, images, and compelling copy tailored to our target audience.
Video Content Production: Conceptualize and oversee the creation of video content, such as reels, stories, and promotional videos, that resonate with the fashion community.
Paid Advertising: Set up and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Design, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns that support our sales goals and enhance brand visibility.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate regular reports to inform decision-making and optimize future strategies.
Collaboration & Ownership: Coordinate with creative, merchandising, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a streamlined customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing for a D2 C brand, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and video production.
Experience in setting up and managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of marketing initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and a data-driven mindset.
