Job Role: Cafe Server/Executive (Hotels/Hospitality)
Duration: Full time
Location: Lansdowne, Uttarakhand
Work Experience : 0-3 years (in hospitality)
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers courteously upon their arrival
Escort customers to their tables and present menus
Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
Ensure customers' satisfaction by attending to their needs and requests
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including tables and chairs
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance customer experience
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues professionally
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma in hotel management or relevant course in hospitality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service orientation
Knowledge of food and beverage menus and offerings
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Team player mentality and willingness to collaborate
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
