Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers courteously upon their arrivalEscort customers to their tables and present menusTake and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accuratelyEnsure customers' satisfaction by attending to their needs and requestsMaintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including tables and chairsCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of ordersUpsell menu items and promote specials to enhance customer experienceHandle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues professionallyProcess payments accurately and efficientlyAdhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications and Skills:
