Business operations manager | cross-functional role

Looking for a versatile operator to work directly with the founder on scaling the business across multiple functions. About the role: This is a truly generalist position spanning sales operations, marketing execution, go-to-market strategy, product coordination, team management, HR processes, operational workflows, compliance tracking, and stakeholder coordination. You'll be the connective tissue across everything - identifying bottlenecks, implementing solutions, and ensuring execution across the board. What you'll own: Sales pipeline management and customer operations Marketing campaigns and GTM execution Product roadmap coordination and feedback loops Team hiring, onboarding, and culture building HR policies, payroll, and compliance management Vendor management and operational efficiency Cross-functional project management What we're looking for: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Comfortable context-switching between different types of work Self-directed with high ownership mentality Clear communicator who can work with diverse stakeholders Quick learner who can pick up new domains fast 2-5 years of experience across multiple functions preferred What you'll get: Direct mentorship from founder Exposure to every aspect of building a business Autonomy to experiment and implement ideas Performance-based growth opportunities Remote work flexibility
