Category Management - InternWhat You’ll DoAs a Category Management Intern , you’ll work closely with business and category leaders to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. You will:Manage and track P&L at the category level, ensuring profitability and sustainable growthDrive process improvements and implement sales funnel strategies to maximize conversionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance, supply chain) to support day-to-day executionPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for regular business reviews and leadership updatesTake full ownership of assigned projects and deliver with speed and accuracyIdentify gaps in operations and propose data-driven, scalable solutionsSupport strategic planning, pricing, assortment, and decision-making with leadershipWhat We’re Looking ForCategory Management, Business Operations, Consulting, or related rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and presentation toolsProactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a go-getter mindsetSolid understanding of sales funnels, category dynamics, and business process frameworksStrong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentExperience in handling multiple projects and priorities independently
