One-on-One Therapy Sessions Therapy & Support Services in collaboration with Stepping Stone Centre , a Centre of Excellence in ABA with 14+ years of expertise We aim to enhance independence, functional skills, and overall development in every child we serve. #Working Hours (Part-Time | Contract) Flexible part-time schedules within: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Unlimited tea, coffee, and beverages Fully air-conditioned therapy environment Dedicated sensory-friendly spaces for children with Autism #Key Responsibilities (Occupational Therapist) Conduct individual OT sessions tailored to each child's therapy goals and functional needs Assess children using standardized OT tools to evaluate: Coordination and motor planning Develop and implement customized Occupational Therapy Intervention Plans Provide sensory integration therapy , handwriting support, ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training, and motor skill development Monitor progress, maintain accurate session documentation , and update therapy goals periodically ABA therapists Families, to support holistic child development Educate parents on home-based programs and therapeutic carryover Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Registered/ Licensed Occupational Therapist (preferred) Prior experience working with children with Autism or developmental delays is an advantage Strong communication skills (English mandatory; Kannada/Hindi/Malayalam preferred) ✅ Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children Aar-Tas International School for Autism and Special Kids Call:
