Operating across multiple regions, we take pride in our compliant, people-first culture that empowers performance and fosters growth.Role:We’re looking for an experienced L2 Network Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on rack & stack experience, and basic Python scripting ability to support automation and reporting.Responsibilities:- L2 support for switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, WAN & IPSEC- Rack & stack, structured cabling, fiber patching, Ethernet cable crimping- Monitor & respond to network alerts (CPU, bandwidth, flaps, packet loss)- Perform config changes, firmware upgrads & device health checks- Use basic Python scripts for automation, log parsing & simple reports- Maintain network diagrams, port maps & documentation- Follow ITIL processes for Incident/Change/ProblemSkills & Qualifications:- 2–4 years of network support experience- Good knowledge of switching, routing fundamentals & IPSEC- Hands-on with cabling, rack installations & data center work- Experience with monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix)- CCNA or similar certification preferred- Location: Onsite/Hybrid (as applicable)
