Operating across multiple regions, we take pride in our compliant, people-first culture that empowers performance and fosters growth.Role:We’re looking for an experienced L2 Network Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on rack & stack experience, and basic Python scripting ability to support automation and reporting.Responsibilities:L2 support for switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, WAN & IPSECRack & stack, structured cabling, fiber patching, Ethernet cable crimpingMonitor & respond to network alerts (CPU, bandwidth, flaps, packet loss)Perform config changes, firmware upgrads & device health checksUse basic Python scripts for automation, log parsing & simple reportsMaintain network diagrams, port maps & documentationFollow ITIL processes for Incident/Change/ProblemSkills & Qualifications:2–4 years of network support experienceGood knowledge of switching, routing fundamentals & IPSECHands-on with cabling, rack installations & data center workExperience with monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix)CCNA or similar certification preferredLocation: Onsite/Hybrid (as applicable)
