Preferred Background- Chartered Accountant with minimum 10-12 years of experience (listed company exp. preferred)- Manufacturing industry experience (mandatory).- Experience in Distillery / Brewery industry (preferred)- Experience in organizations with multiple business segments/units.Required Skill Set:- Strong expertise in Management Information System (MIS) preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.- Advanced data analytics and financial review capabilities.- Ability to prepare segment-wise financial analysis and variance reporting.- Presentation skills – ability to prepare and present insights effectively to Senior Management/Board.- In-depth knowledge of Indirect Taxation (GST) including compliance, reconciliation, and assessments.- Good exposure to Direct Taxation and statutory compliance.- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI / CO module preferred).- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools for reporting.- Knowledge of internal controls, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.- Proven ability to mentor and guide finance teams.
