Required Skill Set: - Strong expertise in Management Information System (MIS) preparation, budgeting, and forecasting. - Advanced data analytics and financial review capabilities. - Ability to prepare segment-wise financial analysis and variance reporting. - Presentation skills – ability to prepare and present insights effectively to Senior Management/Board. - In-depth knowledge of Indirect Taxation (GST) including compliance, reconciliation, and assessments. - Good exposure to Direct Taxation and statutory compliance. - Hands-on experience with SAP (FI / CO module preferred). - Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools for reporting. - Knowledge of internal controls, accounting standards, and statutory requirements. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. - Proven ability to mentor and guide finance teams.
