About the Role- We seek a dynamic and creative SNS Marketer to join our team. If you are passionate about content creation, and social media, and have a keen interest in the Korean culture and recruitment industry, this role is for you
Your main responsibilities will include designing compelling visual content and assisting with marketing strategies to boost our online presence.
EXPERIENCE
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SNS (Social Networking Service) marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and engagement.
Create, schedule, and post content across various SNS platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Track, analyze, and optimize content performance based on engagement metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with the creative team to design and develop engaging social media content, including visuals, copy, and multimedia.
Engage with followers, manage online communities, and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
Monitor industry trends and competitor SNS strategies to stay ahead of market demands.
Work with the marketing team to integrate SNS campaigns with overall digital marketing efforts.

Basic Requirements
Proven experience in SNS marketing and content creation.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Experience in creating and posting content on social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
