Job Summary:We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage our project delivery team for office space design and build projects. You'll oversee project execution, ensure quality standards, and drive client satisfaction.Responsibilities:- Manage and lead project teams for office space design and build projects- Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution- Ensure quality standards, timelines, and budgets- Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams- Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and company policiesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field- 10-12 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role- Experience in managing large-scale office design and build projects- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage multiple projects and teamsPreferred Skills:- Experience with project management software and tools- Knowledge of Indian construction regulations and standards- Experience with BIM and design software- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunities for career growth and professional development- Collaborative and dynamic work environmentSalary- 70,000 to 1,20,000
