Lead: Offensive Security | 5 Years ExperienceLocation: ErnakulamDepartment: Security Assurance TeamAre you passionate about identifying vulnerabilities before attackers do?Join us as a Lead – Offensive Security and play a critical role in strengthening Lulu Retail’s cybersecurity posture.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct offensive security assessments: Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Wi Fi Security Testing, Network Segmentation Testing, AD Security Audits, PCI-DSS ASV Scans• Perform Red Teaming activities• Assess AWS & Azure cloud environments for misconfigurations• Perform CVE analysis, risk prioritization & remediation tracking• Collaborate with Dev Ops, Developers & IT teams to close security gaps• Generate detailed reports and lead meetings with asset owners• Ensure compliance with OWASP, NIST 800-64, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPRQualifications:• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity• Certifications preferred: CEH, ECSA, CHFI• Strong hands-on experience in VAPT, vulnerability/patch management• Proficient with security tools: Firewalls, IPS, DLP, Anti-malware, Email Security, Cloud Security (AWS & Azure), IAM, PAM• Excellent communication & time-management skills
