Lead: Offensive Security | 5 Years Experience Location: Ernakulam Department: Security Assurance Team Are you passionate about identifying vulnerabilities before attackers do? Join us as a Lead – Offensive Security and play a critical role in strengthening Lulu Retail’s cybersecurity posture. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct offensive security assessments: Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, WiFi Security Testing, Network Segmentation Testing, AD Security Audits, PCI-DSS ASV Scans • Perform Red Teaming activities • Assess AWS & Azure cloud environments for misconfigurations • Perform CVE analysis, risk prioritization & remediation tracking • Collaborate with DevOps, Developers & IT teams to close security gaps • Generate detailed reports and lead meetings with asset owners • Ensure compliance with OWASP, NIST 800-64, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity • Certifications preferred: CEH, ECSA, CHFI • Strong hands-on experience in VAPT, vulnerability/patch management • Proficient with security tools: Firewalls, IPS, DLP, Anti-malware, Email Security, Cloud Security (AWS & Azure), IAM, PAM • Excellent communication & time-management skills
