Support & Integrations EngineerLocation:India (Hybrid / Remote)Type:Full-timeWe are hiring aSupport & Integrations Engineeron behalf of a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how e-commerce merchants manage inventory and data.As one of the first hires in this function, you’ll operate at the intersection of engineering and customer success — helping merchants onboard smoothly, troubleshooting real technical challenges, and building internal tools that enhance customer support efficiency. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines problem-solving, data understanding, and customer empathy.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical onboarding support to new customers, troubleshooting integration and data issuesDebug API connections, data pipelines, and platform integrations (Shopify and others)Develop and maintain internal tools that empower the customer success team to work efficientlyCollaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate, diagnose, and resolve complex issuesTake ownership of recurring problems by identifying root causes and implementing proactive solutionsRequirements2–4 years of experience in atechnical support ,solutions engineering , orbackend engineeringroleProficiency inPythonfor scripting or backend debugging (FastAPI experience is a plus)StrongSQLskills for writing queries and diagnosing data inconsistenciesAbility to clearly communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first attitudeComfortable working in afast-paced startup environmentwith evolving prioritiesPreferred QualificationsExperience working withe-commerce APIs(Shopify, Amazon, etc.)Knowledge ofPostgreSQLand data debugging workflowsFamiliarity withticketing systemsandinternal support toolsExperience collaborating across product, engineering, and customer success teamsTech Environment Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, QuestDB, ClickHouse, GCP, Docker, Next.jsTooling: GitHub, Sentry, Datadog, HubSpot, ZendeskWhy This Role Matters You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring merchants have a seamless onboarding experience and can rely on accurate, actionable data from day one.
