Are you a hands-on PPC expert tired of being limited by small budgets and slow approvals? At Puffy, we are looking for a hands-on leader & strategist who loves to personally architect and execute PPC campaigns at the most granular level. In this role, you will have complete ownership of the PPC lifecycle, from initial strategy to scaling and growth.

Our approach is built on the leading edge of ad platforms—from mastering the latest AI in Performance Max to pioneering new bidding strategies. Note: This is an on-site role in Dubai. Full relocation and visa sponsorship are provided.)

You will see the direct line from your optimizations to our revenue growth as you help solidify Puffy's position as an industry leader. For this, you will be rewarded with a world-class lifestyle, including full relocation support and a highly competitive, tax-free salary of AED 50,000 - AED 70,000/month plus a performance bonus.

you are in the accounts, personally testing them to find a competitive advantage.
You can articulate the precise relationship between a tCPA, the required daily budget for algorithmic learning, and the data needed to make informed decisions.
5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar PPC budgets and driving significant, measurable revenue for competitive e-commerce or D2C brands.
~ Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performance PPC team.
