We are looking for a Senior PPC & Paid Social Media Manager with extensive experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms to lead multi-market campaigns, optimise budgets, and drive business results at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimisation of PPC and Paid Social campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Manage large-scale, multi-country advertising budgets with a focus on ROI and scalability.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities, refine targeting, and maximise performance.
  • Oversee account structures, ensure compliance with ad policies, and troubleshoot account issues.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of global digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years' proven experience managing high-budget PPC and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Strong record of success in scaling campaigns in multiple international markets.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with performance marketing tools.
  • Experience in audience segmentation, attribution models, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
