Testing and Validation :Conduct thorough testing of SFMC implementations, including email campaigns, journeys, and automations.Validate data integrations and ensure data accuracy across different platforms.2. Test Planning and Execution :Develop and execute test plan and test cases for SFMC projects.Perform functional, regression, pen and performance testing.3. Collaboration :Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure quality standards are met.Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.4. Reporting :Generate test reports and provide insights on the quality of the implementation.Communicate test results and quality metrics to stakeholders.Qualifications :1. Experience : 3+ years of experience in QA testing , preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Familiarity with SFMC components like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.2. Technical Skills :Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation .Experience with testing tools like Postman and methodologies.3. Analytical Skills :Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.4. Communication and Certifications :Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
