Job Title: QA Engineer SFMC

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Semi Hybrid Mode (4days work from office) and (1 day work from home(either Monday or Wednesday or Friday)) in a week

Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of our SFMC implementations, campaigns, and automations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality.

Responsibilities :

1. Testing and Validation :

Conduct thorough testing of SFMC implementations, including email campaigns, journeys, and automations.

Validate data integrations and ensure data accuracy across different platforms.

2. Test Planning and Execution :

Develop and execute test plan and test cases for SFMC projects.

Perform functional, regression, pen and performance testing.

3. Collaboration :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure quality standards are met.

Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

4. Reporting :

Generate test reports and provide insights on the quality of the implementation.

Communicate test results and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

1. Experience : 3+ years of experience in QA testing , preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Familiarity with SFMC components like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.

2. Technical Skills :

Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation .

Experience with testing tools like Postman and methodologies.

3. Analytical Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

4. Communication and Certifications :

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
