Professionals with relevant design experience in the industry sectors of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, and Petrochemical and having good knowledge of the following activities:
Responsibilities
- Strong background in the Oil and Gas industry Codes and standards.
- Possess of Minimum of 2 years of working Experience as Quantity Surveyor for Oil and Gas projects.
- Study and understand contractual documents such as Price list and Measurement and Payment Criteria.
- Prepare excel checking files, attending to contractual documents.
- Develop on site measurements.
- Develop in cabinet measurements.
- Consolidation of quantities by drawing.
- Review of the Partial Payment Certifications prepared by subcontractors and hold clarification meetings.
- Develop those reports requested by Project Management.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in excel, including advanced searching formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience negotiating quantities with clients or subcontractors.
- Knowledge of electricity and electronic.
- Knowledge of mechanical erection.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading and mentoring Quantity surveyor teams.
- Knowledge of SQL language.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of working Experience as Quantity Survey for Oil and Gas projects.
- Hands on - Microsoft office, AutoCad.
- BE/BTech (Civil Engineering).
