Professionals with relevant design experience in the industry sectors of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, and Petrochemical and having good knowledge of the following activities:


Responsibilities

  • Strong background in the Oil and Gas industry Codes and standards.
  • Possess of Minimum of 2 years of working Experience as Quantity Surveyor for Oil and Gas projects.
  • Study and understand contractual documents such as Price list and Measurement and Payment Criteria.
  • Prepare excel checking files, attending to contractual documents.
  • Develop on site measurements.
  • Develop in cabinet measurements.
  • Consolidation of quantities by drawing.
  • Review of the Partial Payment Certifications prepared by subcontractors and hold clarification meetings.
  • Develop those reports requested by Project Management.


Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in excel, including advanced searching formulas and pivot tables.
  • Experience negotiating quantities with clients or subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of electricity and electronic.
  • Knowledge of mechanical erection.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading and mentoring Quantity surveyor teams.
  • Knowledge of SQL language.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of working Experience as Quantity Survey for Oil and Gas projects.
  • Hands on - Microsoft office, AutoCad.
  • BE/BTech (Civil Engineering).
