Job Title: System Manager Job Type: Remote Years of Experience: 7+ years of overall experience working on IT projects. 5+ years of relevant experience in a system management role. Description: As a System Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing system operations and serving as the primary point of contact for all queries related to the systems. You will communicate effectively with customers, end-users, service providers, and senior managers across multiple countries. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Methodologies: Strong understanding of agile methodologies. Technical Skills: Experience working with application-based platforms. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps (Good to have). Familiarity with the pharmaceutical domain and GxP processes (Good to have). Key Responsibilities: System Operations: Oversee system rollout activities and serve as the main point of contact for system-related inquiries. Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding any changes or enhancements to the system. Vendor Management: Act as the liaison with vendors for existing issues and new enhancements, ensuring all GxP-related processes are followed during any system changes. Documentation Management: Ensure all documentation for system management is up-to-date and renewed annually or whenever changes occur. Budget Management: Handle the budget related to system maintenance.
