Our team moves fast, thinks deeply, and cares about pushing what software can do to empower people and businesses.Role Overview:As a TechOps Executive, you’ll ensure our systems, hardware, tools, and services are running securely, reliably, and efficiently, whether it’s onboarding a new hire remotely, troubleshooting system issues, or working with vendors to get equipment delivered on time.This is a hybrid role that blends infrastructure management with IT execution, and it’s perfect for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, taking initiative, and keeping things running behind the scenes.What You’ll Do:Systems Monitoring & Support- Monitor uptime, system health, and performance across development and production environments- Troubleshoot issues (local and remote) across OS, software, network, and cloud systems- Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with DevOps teams to resolve recurring issuesInfrastructure, Security & Automation- Configure machines, access controls, and user permissions for new and existing team members- Support secure practices such as system hardening, OS patching, and routine compliance audits.- Assist in CI/CD workflows and contribute to infrastructure improvements and documentationHardware, Tools & Vendor Management- Coordinate hardware procurement: sourcing laptops, peripherals, and licenses as per project needs- Work with vendors for equipment purchases, service warranties, and support escalations- Track inventory, machine handovers, and replacement cycles using internal systems- Troubleshoot and resolve remote hardware/software issues during onboarding and day-to-day opsTeam Enablement & Documentation- Act as a first point of contact for internal TechOps requests- Maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and asset registers- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Engineering to ensure smooth operational workflowsWhat Makes You a Great Fit:- 1+ years of experience in TechOps, IT Support, Infrastructure, or DevOps assistance- Hands-on experience with Linux/macOS systems, basic networking, and cloud services (AWS/GCP)- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.)- Exposure to CI/CD tools, Git, basic scripting, or task automation- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills — especially with remote teams and external vendors- Ability to juggle multiple requests and still maintain system hygiene and documentation- Bonus: Interest in using AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT to streamline workflows- Bonus: Familiarity with procurement tools, inventory tracking, or asset management platformsWhy Join Codewalla?- Build for scale: Work on products that get investor love and scale to global audiences- Be part of AI-native product development: Integrate AI tools into how we design, build, and ship- Global exposure: Directly collaborate with US-based startups, VCs, and product teams- Learn fast: Small, elite teams with zero bureaucracy and high ownership- See your impact: Every decision you make will shape user experience and business outcomesIf you're ready to be the invisible force that keeps everything running, scaling, and secured, we'd love to have you onboard.
