Atidiv | Sales Development Representative | pune

Location: Pune (Remote Pan India)
Job Summary: Primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads, initiate conversations, and set up meetings for the sales team.
Job Duties:
1.Lead Generation
Prospecting: SDRs identify potential prospects through research, databases, cold calling, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and inbound inquiries.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through emails, phone calls, LinkedIn messages, or other channels.
2.Reach out
Cold Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send cold emails, and use social selling techniques to reach new prospects.
Nurturing Leads: Engage with leads on email who may not be ready to buy immediately, nurturing them over time through targeted follow-ups.
Personalized Communication: Tailor messages based on the prospect’s business challenges or needs to increase engagement and interest.
3.Reporting & Performance Metrics
KPIs Tracking: Track key performance indicators like the number of calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Reporting: Regularly report on activity levels and outcomes, highlighting trends or areas of improvement.
Additional Skills:
1.Communication
Strong written communication skills – draft compelling email sequences with an objective to drive top of the funnel.
2.Time Management
Balancing outreach efforts, follow-up tasks, and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
3. Persistence
SDRs often deal with rejection and need to maintain motivation and drive to continue pursuing leads.
Educational Qualifications:
Any Graduates, Post graduates
Professional Experience:
2-5 years (with at least 1 year SDR experience)
B2B services/ SAAS experience is a plus
