You will be instrumental in the rapid implementation and customization of Deltek VantagePoint for a key US-based client. This role is a unique opportunity to learn quickly, gain hands-on experience, and make an immediate impact by delivering critical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a positive, can-do attitude and the technical skills to succeed. This position offers a chance to collaborate directly with a US-based client and work closely with our core team. Key Responsibilities Rapidly implement and customize Deltek VantagePoint based on client requirements. Develop custom solutions and integrations using Microsoft SQL Server, REST APIs, and WebServices, ensuring quick and effective delivery. Collaborate directly with the US-based client and internal teams to gather and analyze project requirements. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system and its integrations. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. Create and maintain technical documentation for system customizations and processes. Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including planning, design, coding, and testing. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software development. Direct experience with Deltek VantagePoint or Oracle NetSuite ERP. Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL and database management. Expertise in working with REST APIs and WebServices for data integration. Experience with programming languages commonly used in ERP customization (e.g., C#, JavaScript). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of financial, accounting, or project management business processes. Experience with other ERP systems and related technologies. Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and methodologies. Experience working in a startup culture.
