Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy that aligns with the institution’s enrollment goals and long-term vision.
  • Analyze and forecast enrollment trends to guide the admissions strategy.
  • Establish and monitor admissions targets, goals, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

2. Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of admissions counselors,
  • Organize regular team meetings to discuss challenges, strategies, and updates on admissions progress.
  • Implement training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the latest information on programs.

3. Admissions Operations:

  • Oversee the processing of applications, ensuring that all aspects of the admissions process are carried out in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.
  • Review and optimize the admissions workflows and systems to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation and communications with prospective students are handled according to institutional standards.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and report on admissions data, including trends in application numbers, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on the status of enrollment goals
  • Use data to continuously improve admissions strategies and practices.
