Check us out here: and this video.As our Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll support HID’s success by:Designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models, including LLM-based solutionsTranslating prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable componentsDeveloping and fine-tuning foundation models and LLMs for specific use casesTraining and optimizing numeric machine-learning modelsApplying prompt engineering and building agent-based architectures for complex task automationIntegrating models into backend systems and supporting real-time/batch inference servicesWorking with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AIStaying up to date with advances in AI and emerging LLM ecosystems to bring innovative capabilities to the teamYour Experience and Background include:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in productionHands-on experience with LLM solution development and integrationSolid understanding of modern LLM tools and frameworks such as:– LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen– Azure OpenAI Studio, Gemini Studio– LangSmith or equivalent observability/debugging platformsProficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face TransformersDeep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrailsExperience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governanceComfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Bonus: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) or orchestration tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow)What we can offer you:Competitive salary and rewards packageCompetitive benefits and annual leave offering, allowing for work-life balanceA vibrant, welcoming & inclusive cultureExtensive career development opportunities and resources to maximize your potentialTo be a part of a global organization pioneering the hardware, software, and services that allow people to confidently navigate the physical and digital worlds
