Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and supporting the organization’s workforce planning and talent acquisition goals.


Key Responsibilities :


  • End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, acting as candidates' main point of contact throughout their journey.
  • Candidate Sourcing : Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Interview Coordination : Conduct initial assessments and interviews, including walk-in interviews, to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Database Management : Keep detailed records of candidates, tracking their progress and ensuring the database is up-to-date.
  • Coordination and Tracking : Ensure all candidates are tracked and kept informed throughout the interview process, managing schedules and feedback loops.
  • Timely Recruitment : Work within scheduled timelines and budgets, continuously reviewing and optimizing the recruitment process to ensure efficiency.
  • Talent Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
  • Onboarding Support : Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a seamless organizational transition.


Requirements :


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The FRND team operates six days a week, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month as working days.
