Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and supporting the organization’s workforce planning and talent acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, acting as candidates' main point of contact throughout their journey.
Candidate Sourcing : Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
Interview Coordination : Conduct initial assessments and interviews, including walk-in interviews, to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Database Management : Keep detailed records of candidates, tracking their progress and ensuring the database is up-to-date.
Coordination and Tracking : Ensure all candidates are tracked and kept informed throughout the interview process, managing schedules and feedback loops.
Timely Recruitment : Work within scheduled timelines and budgets, continuously reviewing and optimizing the recruitment process to ensure efficiency.
Talent Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
Onboarding Support : Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a seamless organizational transition.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Familiarity with sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The FRND team operates six days a week, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month as working days.
