Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant – Procure to Pay (PTP) with expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) to join our global SAP program. The consultant will collaborate with business partners to align SAP MM solutions with organizational needs, focusing on key processes such as Purchasing, Contracts/Outline Agreements, Purchase Pricing, Inventory Management, Stock Transfers, and Inbound Logistics. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge SAP cloud technology, enhance your SAP S4 Fashion expertise, and contribute to a mature SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Implementation (80%)

  • Design, build/configure, and test SAP MM solutions for Purchasing, Contracts/Outline Agreements, Inventory Management, Stock Transfers, and Inbound Logistics.
  • Develop and deploy innovative business processes to optimize procurement and logistics operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP MM solutions and external Warehouse Management and Logistics systems.

Business Relationship Management (10%)

  • Partner with executive and director-level leaders to understand business needs, capture detailed requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships across functions to mediate and resolve challenges effectively.

Incident & Request Escalation (10%)

  • Address escalated incidents and requests promptly.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise:

  • 7–10 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions.
  • 5+ years of SAP MM implementation experience in a fashion company using SAP AFS , FMS , or S4 Fashion .
  • In-depth understanding of key SAP MM processes, including:
  • Purchasing
  • Contracts/Outline Agreements
  • Purchase Pricing
  • Inventory Management
  • Stock Transfers
  • Inbound Logistics
  • Experience integrating SAP MM with external Warehouse Management and Logistics systems .
  • Knowledge of S4/HANA FIORI Tiles , Launch Pad, Transactional Apps, and Personas.

Project Experience:

  • At least 1–2 full-cycle ERP Transformation Programs .
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable, innovative solutions in dynamic business environments.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
