Role Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Founder’s Office Associate to join the founder’s office team and help the CEO manage his day-to-day activities and new initiatives.

Responsibilities:


  • Actively work with the entire team to solve blockers and make sure that all tasks are done on time
  • Take ownership of the project management tool (Asana) and make sure it is followed and updated by the team on a daily basis
  • Manage special projects and new initiatives end-to-end.
  • Assist the founder in making reports and presentations.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – emails, presentations, reports, etc
  • Follow up with vendors and the team to ensure things are done in a timely manner.
  • Manage professional scheduling including meetings, emails, and phone calls
  • Provide administrative support and plan events



Requirements and skills:


  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office, or similar role
  • First principle thinking
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Strong time-management and project-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
