Role Overview

As a C++ Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain the systems that form the foundation of our high-performance trading operations. With a focus on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure optimization, and automation, you will work closely with engineering teams to streamline workflows and ensure maximum reliability and uptime.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software deployment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build and manage robust infrastructure to support low-latency, high-throughput trading systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize build systems and streamline development workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
  • Automate processes across development, testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Manage and optimize data pipelines and storage systems for market data, enabling efficient access for C++ backtesting platforms.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or a related role.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in C and C++ (required), along with scripting experience in Python or Bash.
  • CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
  • Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
  • Infrastructure Tools: Experience with:
  • Containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Problem-solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex systems.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience optimizing performance for latency-sensitive systems.
  • Familiarity with algorithmic or high-frequency trading systems.
  • Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
