About the Role We're seeking a visionary Capability Lead – Databricks to join our Data business leadership team. This strategic role is focused on building and scaling our Databricks capability, driving technical excellence, and delivering high-impact data and AI/ML solutions. Guide delivery teams on best practices, CI/CD, and performance optimization

Build and mentor a high-performing Databricks talent pool

12–15 years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI/ML

~3–5 years of hands-on experience with Databricks

~ Deep expertise in Spark, Delta Lake, Python/Scala, SQL, and orchestration tools

~ Experience with MLOps, Unity Catalog, Feature Store, and model lifecycle management

~ Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP integrations and BI tools

~ GCP/AWS/Azure certifications preferred

~ Prior experience in IT consulting or technology services
