Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and strategy for the AI practice

• Align AI initiatives with broader digital transformation goals

• Build and scale a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and consultants

• Develop service offerings in AI/ML, GenAI, data analytics, and intelligent automation

• Establish delivery methodologies, reusable assets, and quality frameworks

Architect secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions tailored to client needs

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle—from ideation to deployment

• Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across engagements

Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and integrate them into practice offerings

• Promote ethical AI principles including transparency, fairness, and accountability

15+ Overall experience with at least 5+ Years of years of experience in AI/ML, data

3+ years in a leadership role managing AI teams or practices

• Proven success in building and scaling consulting practices

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, GenAI, and MLOps

• Domain knowledge in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing is a plus

Experience with IP creation, frameworks, and accelerators
