Whether it’s optimizing a funnel, A/B testing creatives, or scaling a campaign from $1 K to $50 K, you know exactly how to make it happen.We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager / Paid Advertising Lead to join our remote team and lead performance across Google, Tik Tok, and Facebook Ads.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop full-funnel paid media strategies across Google, Tik Tok, and Meta.Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns that meet aggressive growth targets.Manage budgets, analyze data, and optimize for maximum ROI.Test creatives, hooks, and audience segments to identify what converts.Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance insights.Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.Requirements2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads (Google / Tik Tok / Meta).Proven track record managing $10 K–$100 K+ monthly ad spend.Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking.Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or performance marketing.Independent, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline of projects.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.Familiarity with automation tools and creative testing platforms.Previous experience in agency or performance-driven environments.Why Join Us100% remote work with flexible schedule.Competitive base pay with performance bonuses.Freedom to test, experiment, and scale campaigns globally.Collaborative, fast-paced, and data-driven team culture.
