Key Responsibilities: Record daily financial transactions in accounting software and maintain accurate records. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets. Reconcile bank statements and report discrepancies to senior accountants or supervisors. Process invoices, verify financial data, and ensure timely payment of bills. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Help with month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare and submit tax documentation under the guidance of senior staff. Organize and maintain financial documentation for audits and compliance. Assist in data entry and other administrative accounting tasks. Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Tally, or SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
