Combine that with our drive to propel with purpose and you have the perfect playground to collaborate, innovate, grow, and make an impact that matters.The teamAs a member of the Operations Transformations team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.Your work profileJob Title: Blockchain DeveloperExperience: 5+ YearsEducation: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.TechGovt experience is requiredResponsibilities:Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on private / permissioned blockchain platforms such as Private Ethereum, Quorum, Hyperledger FabricDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components using open source technology stack such as NodeJS.Ability to integrate blockchain nodes with application layers and ensure seamless data flow and transaction integrity.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the blockchain application, including setup, smart contract development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring systems to ensure solution health and availability.Collaborate with architects, DevOps, front-end developers, and security teams to deliver robust and enterprise-grade applications.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and standards.Stay current with emerging trends in blockchain and open-source ecosystems.Must Have Experience5+ years of experience in backend development using open-source technologiesExperience in developing and deploying smart contracts/chaincode.Proficiency in working with Docker, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.Good understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms, identity management, and network governance.Experience with RESTful API design, middleware integration, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).Familiarity with database systems (NoSQL and SQL), especially for off-chain data storage.Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) for application and node healthStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsGood to Have ExperienceKnowledge of encryption, digital signatures, and zero-knowledge proofs.Experience with DevOps tools, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) services, and security practices.Experience of working in regulated environments (e.g. government tech)How you’ll growConnect for impactOur exceptional team of professionals across the globe are solving some of the world’s most complex business problems, as well as directly supporting our communities, the planet, and each other.
