Lead and manage JAMF Pro platform for enterprise-level macOS device lifecycle management. Drive break-fix troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex macOS issues. Design and implement automation scripts using Bash and Jshell for deployment and configuration. Define and enforce security and compliance policies across macOS endpoints. 8+ years of experience in macOS administration and enterprise device management. ~ Proven expertise in JAMF Pro platform administration and policy management. ~ Deep understanding of macOS architecture, deployment workflows, and patch management. ~ Experience in MDM solutions, security hardening, and compliance frameworks. ~ Work on global Apple ecosystem projects with cutting-edge technologies.
