Job Title: Manager – Procurement Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Department: Procurement Reports To: GM – Technical Team Size: 3–6 Members (Purchasers, Assistants, and Coordinators) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic  Manager – Procurement to lead our global purchasing operations within the ship management division. The role calls for a proactive and strategic leader with hands-on experience in international shipping procurement, exposure to modern digital tools, and the drive to elevate procurement standards across the fleet and office network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality supply of technical spares, provisions, stores, lubricants, and services across vessels under management. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead and mentor the procurement team, ensuring clear accountability, training, and performance improvement. Develop and implement standardized global procurement processes to enhance efficiency and transparency. Establish supplier evaluation and performance monitoring systems.
