SAP Advisory Services Consultant with Indian MNC
Contract | Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
· Project execution: Actively contribute to different SAP Advisory project phases including SAP Pre/Post implementation reviews, Adoption review, risk and controls matrix review, control design etc.
· Functional / Technical SME: Showcase SAP skills and compliance knowledge to execute project successfully, conduct process walkthroughs, ask probing questions to understand the client’s system landscape, flow of transactions and overall business process
· Project reporting & client discussions: Participate and drive client discussions, timely reporting of deliverables as per the project milestones, resolve client issues/challenges through innovative solutions & follow communication protocols for reporting project status, risks and mitigation plan within the project
Certifications: Professionals with “SAP functional modules” or “CISA” certification will be preferred
Qualification:
· B.Tech / MBA / CA. Prior Big4 experience will be preferred
· Exposure to analytics and automation tools like Tableau, Power BI, RPA (UiPath, BluePrism), SQL, Alteryx etc. (Optional)
Skills:
- Good understanding of business processes (OTC, PTP and RTR), controls framework, compliance, regulations, and SOD concepts in SAP ECC/HANA environment
- Functional knowledge of SAP ECC and S4 HANA
- Has exposure towards S4 controls design, implementation, and assessment for automated controls across IT, access and business processes
- Knowledge and experience of identifying, analyzing & mitigating segregation of duties risks and performing internal controls assessments
- Strong knowledge of SAP functionalities of at least 2 SAP modules and best practices across industries
- Experience of evaluating manual controls for replacement with automated controls and analyze opportunities of increasing usage of SAP functionalities to resolve compliance gaps
- Experience with different phases of SAP pre/post implementation reviews including conducting process walkthroughs, performing test of design and effectiveness for SAP controls, drafting observations, performing business impact analysis and obtaining business response
- Strong communication, presentation and team building skills
- Constantly focus on learning and certifications for self-development
- Foster teamwork, quality culture and knowledge sharing within the team
Location
· Mumbai
· 3 days in office / 2 days working from home
· Duration – 4 Months
Screening Criteria
· 5- 7 years (SAP + Audit + Risk + controls + SAP Configuration) + RFI/RFP’s
· Qualification - B.Tech / MBA / CA
