Responsibilities will include;

Functional Expertise

● Partnering with business and functional leaders to seed the right culture tenets, lead the people strategy to enable long term Org design and business success through it

● HR Strategy Alignment - Translating business requirements into effective HR practices, address the HR implications of -business plans, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives

● Guide & lead the CoEs efforts to Design, implement and monitor special projects / initiatives focused on strengthening employer brand and elevate talent

● Partner with Business stakeholders to evaluate, design & develop various policies/framework/models on retention, Talent assessment, capability building & Individual development programs.

● Coaching and Leadership Development for managers around culture setting, performance discussion and development of employee

● Conceptualization & Implementation of Employee Engagement programs for Trillion employees


Problem Solving

● Facilitate Performance Management process and compliance ( i.e. Goal setting, Project Exit Reviews, Midyear performance review and feedback, Annual Review processes)

● Fix/implement/ideate agile HR processes & agile Org Design

● Managing employee expectations and change management around total rewards philosophy

● Solving talent development needs across Trillion to enable holistic leadership values consistent with Trillion compass and core values (leadership maturity)


Interaction

The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with the internal and external teams to create success. S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young and agile business environment


● Strategic partnership with business leaders to lead effective change management, new initiatives and critical conversations

● Collaborate with the larger HR team to implement candidate engagement and onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.

● Build and maintain relationships proactively participating in forums to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

● Engage with external high-profile talent/leaders to build an external talenthouse of talent for Trillion

● Employee Lifecycle: Identify and action on “flight risk” cases, conduct Exit interviews, study the exit feedback and trend for the Business Unit and help proactively design retention strategies

Qualification & Experience

● Masters in HR from a Tier1/Tier2 institute

● Your years of experience, pedigree, last role is all good to know. But, what we truly value is your

knowledge, ideation, agility, team-spirit, can-do attitude and farsightedness.


Skills & know- how

● 10+ years of work experience as HRBP in any multicultural / multinational organisation.

Experience in the Fintech space /Digital NBFC ecosystem is preferrable.

● Be able to effectively devise the people strategy and communicate HR policies/ processes to

company stakeholders
