BharatPe has recently acquired a majority stake in Mumbai-based NBFC, Trillion Loans Fintech. Trillion Loans is a 5-year-old NBFC whose portfolio majorly runs across personal loans, supply chain finance and other segments such as auto and gold loans. With this, BharatPe is now enabled to further drive financial empowerment for Bharat with continued leverage of its advanced technology stack.


In this role, you have the opportunity to deliver…

Play a key role in implementing product software and technology platforms from the ground up. Your work will allow you to utilize a melting pot of technologies, programming languages, and systems and require you to keep up with the ever-changing technological landscape. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of software development implementation, with the freedom and encouragement to explore your own ideas and the reward of seeing your contributions help build Trillion products in partnership with TSP vendors.


Responsibilities will include:


Functional Expertise

-Work closely with senior engineers of the TSP to design, implement and deploy applications that impact the lending operations

-Help & implement Design software via TSP and make technology choices across the stack. -Understand a range of Tier-1 systems/services that power NBFC’s to make scalable changes in existing and new systems to be deployed.

-Contributing towards design reviews, code reviews and engineering best practices

-Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments

-Proven ability to solve TSP partner issues


Problem Solving

-Problem solve implementation issues with the TSP

-Navigate systems to help develop right BRD for the TSP partner/vendor

-Track & monitor project timelines and resolve potential reasons for delay in advance


Interaction

-Live Trillion values in all stakeholder communication

-Effectively communicating issues and help connecting right dots to resolve any tech issue

-Able to lead independent communications with TSP partner SPOC for issue resolution

Challenges & Decisions

-Build systems flow in line with NBFC/RBI guidelines

-Ensure data sanctity flows across systems and with TSP partners

-Ensuring strict Infosec guidelines


Qualification & Experience

-BE/B.Tech/MCA

-3 to 6 years of experience in Financial/NBFC/BFSI/related industries


Skills & know-how

-Knowledge of working with TSP partners

-Comfortable with latest industry practices along with ability to navigate PhP systems and help migrate to new systems

-Prior exposure to implementation systems in clients/business units

-Fluency in Java
