Job Role: Tosca Automation Test EngineerExperience: 8 Years (6 years in Tosca)Location: HyderabadWork Mode: OnsiteNotice Period: Immediate JoinersKey Responsibilities:- Lead the test automation initiatives using Tosca within the project.- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.- Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project management teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements.- Manage a team of test automation engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.- Execute and monitor automated test scripts, ensuring high-quality delivery.- Review and optimize test automation frameworks, ensuring best practices and Tosca standards are followed.- Identify test coverage gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure full coverage.- Work closely with stakeholders to report test progress, issues, and risks, ensuring timely resolution.- Ensure smooth integration of test automation within DevOps pipelines for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).- Conduct defect tracking, bug reporting, and follow-ups to ensure resolution.Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 6 years in TOSCA.- Expertise in Tosca Test Suite, including designing and developing test cases using Tosca.- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and integration with CI/CD pipelines.- Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality work output.- Excellent understanding of the SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex test automation issues.- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Skills:- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.- Familiarity with other test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
